At Costumes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags and packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the costume and all included accessories back into their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
