How do I choose the correct size for my costume?
Each costume page features a detailed size chart. Since costume sizing can differ from standard street clothing, we recommend measuring your chest, waist, and height before selecting your size.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the costume is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Items purchased for Halloween must be returned by October 25th.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited and overnight shipping options at checkout for those last-minute party invites.
Are the accessories shown in the photos included?
Product descriptions list exactly what is included in the package. While most costumes include primary accessories like hats or belts, items like wigs, shoes, and props are often sold separately.
Can I wash my costume?
Most of our costumes are made from delicate materials and should be hand-washed in cold water or spot-cleaned only. Please check the care label inside the garment for specific instructions.
Do you offer group or bulk discounts?
Yes! If you are ordering for a dance troupe, theater production, or a large group, please contact our support team for specialized bulk pricing on orders of 10 items or more.
